We spent most of last week in and around Portland, OR. It was a lovely little family vacation! We were blessed to be able to stay with friends in Vancouver, WA, and we filled our days with sightseeing in the gorge (Multnomah Falls), a trip to the coast (Cannon Beach), and adventures in Portland (Rose Gardens, Japanese Gardens, Base Camp Brewing, and much more!). Oak did wonderfully on his first plane rides and pretty well while we kept him out and about each day of the trip. That’s not to say that traveling with a 3-month old does not have it challenges (it sure does!), but those challenges were well worth it for the memories we created. After a great trip, though, home feels even better! I’m looking forward to getting settled into the summer season here!
